How we will handle missing/late holiday orders
First, let me say that if your order did not arrive in time for Christmas, we are very sorry! Because of record online shopping this year, the delivery and fulfillment networks were overloaded and unable to deliver packages as fast as normal. There was no rhyme or reason why some orders were delayed and others weren't, as know of orders placed during Cyber Monday that failed to reach customers in time while some orders placed the week before Christmas made it to their destination within a few days!
Because of these challenges, we have come up with the following plan to handle returns, replacements, and refunds for all Holiday orders:
1: If your order is missing or has not arrived
- Awesome Dice will allow the postal service until January 7th to deliver any order placed between November 20th through December 23rd.
- Orders that fail to arrive by January 7th shall be refunded or reshipped at the customer’s discretion and depending upon available inventory.
It is extremely rare that the USPS loses a package. This is why we have decided to allow the USPS up to January 7th to deliver your order. Frankly speaking, it is much more likely that we shipped you the wrong product than it is for the USPS to lose your order.
2: If your order tracking information shows your order has not been received by the USPS
Rest assured that your order has been shipped. Because of the postal service's use of temporary workers, we have had a major problem with the workers not scanning the receipt form on pickup. Unfortunately, this means you will not receive any tracking information until the order is delivered.

3: If you no longer need your order because it was late
Again, we are so sorry about the delivery problems this year. Contact us at email@example.com and we will provide instructions on how to receive a full refund for your order.
