Cthulhu Black-Green 7-Dice Set

While most of the time the only dice you're going to roll in Call of Cthulhu are the percentile dice, Cthulhu does use the full 7-dice set, using the d20 for stat checks (which you can also manage with percentile dice by multiplying the stats by 5), and using various other dice for damage, and the ever-present danger of sanity loss.
