No two sets are alike and they will not be exactly as pictured. The dice are hand-carved, which means there will be imperfections from die to die, which can include dice being slightly different sizes (d10s tend to be smaller), numbers not being perfectly centered on a face, or faces not being perfectly symmetrical (common on d12s).

Lapis Lazuli Dice Set
I was really excited to buy the Lapis Lazuli gemstone set as the pictures showed an incredibly vibrant blue color and flawlessly smooth surface. When the dice arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find chipped edges and dark discolored blue dice. They looked like they had fallen several times or were used across a hardtop surface. I messaged customer service and after submitting photos, they said that that was normal and due to the hand-made nature of the dice. Complete bull crap. Gemstone dice should not be chipped when purchased brand new. I have had gemstone jewelry and statues and I have never received a brand new, hand-made product with chipped edges or discoloration. These dice and their standards are NOT awesome.
