Yes, you can put your teeth in dice, but hiring someone else to do that for you can be tricky.
The reason is simple: unless your dice artisan lives next door, you will need to ship your teeth and the laws surrounding the shipment of teeth are more complex than standard. Disembodied or not, teeth are part of the human body, which means you'll be shipping part of a human being! This can be problematic for a number of reasons, but the most pressing one is this: teeth are nasty. Human mouths are full of bacteria, and pulled teeth may still contain traces of blood or gum tissue. Before shipment, teeth must be sterilized, and even then you may still need to declare the contents of the package as hazardous. This means two things:
- Properly declaring the contents of your package may result in several post offices refusing it, and the service that does accept your package may charge an increased fee.
- Potentially getting in a lot of trouble if you do not declare the contents of your package!
All this is without even mentioning that items set in resin still decay, just at a much slower rate (then again, bone has a slow enough rate of decay as is, so you'll probably be fine).
The odds that you will actually encounter some kind of problem are pretty slim, but it's enough of a gray area that most companies and independent artisans will not be willing to give it a shot.
There are not, however, any laws against you doing whatever you want with your own pulled teeth (they're yours, after all, just like the ones still in your head). So if you're willing to give it a try, the best way to get your teeth set inside a set of dice is to do it yourself.
