Return & Replacement Policy
We accept all returns, no questions asked, for 30 days after the purchase date for U.S. domestic orders and 42 days for international orders. Please email email@example.com to let us know that your return is on the way. Please be sure to include your order number within your email and within the return package. Damaged items shall be replaced for free if they are available. If not, you shall receive a full refund for the item.

Order Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order prior to the fulfillment process, you are entitled to a full refund. However, if you cancel your order just prior to shipment, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee. This is inclusive of any shipping fees. This fee is to cover the costs associated with our payment processors–which does not return our processing fee for canceled orders. Moreover, it helps cover the labor costs required to process your cancellation as well as restock any items gathered for your order.
If your order is return to us because of an undeliverable address or because your package was not accepted, you are eligible for a product refund, minus shipping and a 5% restocking fee. If your order qualified for our $0.99 shipping or for free shipping, a flat $5 shall be deducted for shipping in addition to the 5% restocking fee.
Refunds shall be issued under the following conditions:
- You requested a refund and your item has been returned to us
- We reached out to you regarding reshipment, but did not hear anything back from you within 7 days
Is your package damaged?
If your dice are damaged, we'll replace them.
To make a return for damaged items, please take photos of the damage and send this to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name and order number. Please do so before shipping the return.
