Return & Replacement Policy
We accept all returns, no questions asked, for 3 weeks after the purchase date for U.S. domestic orders and 6 weeks for international orders. Please email email@example.com along with your order number so we know your return is on its way. Damaged items shall be replaced for free if they are available. If not, you shall receive a full refund for the item.

Order Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order prior to shipment, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee, inclusive of any shipping fees. This fee is to cover the costs associated with our payment processors–which does not return our processing fee for cancelled orders. It also helps us cover our labor costs that are required to process your cancellation as well as restock items on our shelves.
If your order is returned to us because of an undeliverable address or because your package is unaccepted, you are eligible for a refund minus shipping and a 5% restocking fee. If your order qualified for our $0.99 shipping rate or for free shipping, a flat $5 shall be deducted for shipping in addition to the 5% restocking fee.
Refunds shall be issued under the following conditions:
- You request a refund after your order is returned to us
- We reach out to you regarding reshipping your order but do not hear anything back within 7 days
Is your package damaged?
If your dice are damaged, we'll replace them. If you just don't like them, you can return them.
First, take photos of the damaged items and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name and your order number.
