Here we do our utmost to bring your custom dice sets to life! This page exclusively pertains to customization with our two U.S. dice artisans. When submitting a request, please be sure to include answers to the following questions: 

 

- If you're interested in producing a full set of 7 dice (containing a d4, d6, d8, d10, d%, d12, and d20), how many sets are you interested in?

- If you're looking to create just one type of die (example: a d20), which die and how many?

- Are you interested in including any foils, micas, or reflective laser paper?

- What color or colors would you like the dice to be?

- What color or colors would you like the numbers to be inked in?

- What opacity or opacities are you interested in?

FAQs

 

Can You Replace Numbers With Custom Designs/Graphics/Logos?

 

Our U.S. dice artisans are unable to do so at this time. However, we can place simple designs (example: a basic star shape) underneath the numbers (example coming soon!).

 

(If you absolutely need a number replaced, however, you're not out of luck yet! Ask us about our overseas manufacturing partners).

 

Can You Produce Rounded Edge (Standard) Dice?

 

At this time, we do not offer rounded edge dice customization through our U.S. dice artisans.

 

Can I Order Just One Set of Dice?

 

Sure can! Our U.S. dice artisans are currently capable of taking orders for a maximum of 3 sets of 7 dice or 15 individual dice per order.

 

Do You Offer Mass Production?

Absolutely! We do not, however, offer this service through our U.S. dice artisans. Instead, mass production happens overseas with our manufacturing partners in Poland or China.

 

Must Each Die/Dice Set be Identical?

 

Nope!

 

What's the Price?

 

$8.58 USD per die. This price does not include shipping and may increase depending on the complexity of the design. Die/dice set prices will be made clear before payment is due.

 

What's the Turnaround Time?

 

1 - 3 weeks depending on holidays and how many orders we already have in the que.

 

When is Payment Due?

 

We charge 50% up front, which we use to produce a sample for your approval. The remaining charges are due when the order is ready to be shipped.

 

How Do You Invoice?

 

Via email. The link in the email will take you to the same secure payment window as any other order on our store. There you can pay for your order with a credit card, Shop Pay, or PayPal.

 

Do You Provide Production Updates?

 

Yup! We traditionally send updates via email, but if you'd prefer a text message, we can absolutely do that as well.

 

Are Your Dice Made in the USA?

 

Per 16 C.F.R. part 323, these dice cannot be labeled "made in the USA" because the resin we use for our dice and the silicone we use for our molds are manufactured outside of the USA. However, we do mix, pour, sand, polish, and ink our custom dice in the US.
