Hail fellow well met!
I'm gonna cut right to the chase: I am an indie content creator who wrote and released Disquietus—a homebrew campaign for the game Dungeons & Dragons—late 2025. It's a Gothic, atmospheric mystery focusing on narrative and suspense. You can read all about it by visiting its product page and/or by popping over to Tales and Tankards to see a thorough and spoiler-free review by the wonderful Scott Wagner.
I'm currently in the process of improving and further polishing the campaign, but the whole "peer review" thing becomes kind of difficult when your group consists of just two proofreaders (not including the author).
Which is why I'd like to offer a completely free copy of the campaign in exchange for honest feedback. Specifically, the answers to these six questions:
- Did anything feel confusing or unclear?
- Where there any grammatical, formatting, punctuation, and/or spelling errors?
- Any continuity errors?
- Did combat encounters feel balanced? Which was the most balanced? Which was the least?
- What worked or didn't work well for you?
- What was your favorite part and why?
(Well, I guess there's technically eight questions, but you get the idea).
You are also, of course, more than welcome (and as much as encouraged!) to include any additional feedback outside of these questions. All feedback is beneficial, whether you played through the whole thing or only had time to read it!
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, all you have to do is click this link here and drop us an email to let us know. There is no deadline for the submission of feedback and no qualifying interview.
Please note that engaging with this offer qualifies as agreeing to Disquietus's purchase agreement (which can be viewed here). Please review all terms and conditions before proceeding.
Can't wait to hear from you!
