I ordered 2 sets from them, this one and the bronze/blue version. I had an issue with some paint falling out of a number on the D20 of the Triton set, and they replaced the d20 without question or issue shortly afterwards. So I give their customer service props as well.
I would rate 5 stars, but the replacement d20 had readily noticeable pitted scuffing on the number 17. Unlike a bit of paint falling out during use, which is just nothing more than the result of an inevitable manufacturing defect and can't really be caught beforehand, this is a defect that should have been readily apparent with casual inspection. I don't think this damage occurred during shipping. It arrived in a fist sized box filled with padding for just a D20, and the box was undamaged while the solid metal D20 within was not. Can't really think of anything that can pit metal while leaving the cardboard it's inside of unscathed.
I fully expect my dice to eventually get worn out and scuffed through use, but when you spend 33 bucks on dice you want them to be in good condition when you get them. Zero issues with any of the other dice I purchased, the dice are beautiful, and their customer service was great, but getting shipped a die that was more damaged than the one I wanted replaced was pretty disappointing.
